Exchange Policy

This policy explains the terms regarding the exchange or modification of subscription plans and services purchased from My Paper Genie.

🔄 1. General Policy

As our products are digital services with instant access, traditional exchanges (e.g., swapping one product for another) are not applicable. All sales are final, as stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

However, we understand that your needs may change, and we offer options for modifying your subscription plan under specific conditions.

🔼 2. Plan Upgrades

If you wish to upgrade your current subscription to a higher-tier plan, you may be able to do so.

How to Request

Please contact our support team at support@mypapergenie.com to inquire about an upgrade.

Payment

Our team will guide you through the process. Typically, this involves paying the prorated difference in cost between your current plan and the new plan for the remainder of your billing cycle.

🔽 3. Plan Downgrades

Due to our no-refund policy, you cannot downgrade your plan and receive a refund for the price difference during an active subscription period.

  • If you wish to move to a lower-tier plan, you can do so at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • You must adjust your subscription settings in your account or contact support before your renewal date to ensure you are billed for the lower-tier plan in the next cycle.

🔒 4. Finality of Transactions

All transactions are considered final. An "exchange" from one plan to another does not reset the terms of our Refund & Cancellation Policy. No refunds will be issued for any plan modifications.
